    Legend Sizing Help

    Hi All,

I am looking into a getting a 2011 or 2012 Legend and was wondering about sizing. I read around and saw that for someone 5' 10" to 5' 11", a medium would be good but for I emailed Banshee to confirm and they suggested a large. What are your real world sizing suggestions? I have about a 30" inseam.

    Thanks for the help!

    6' and I ride a large.
I like "big" bikes, and the L Legend doesn't feel big to me.
You could ride either size, depending on whether you want a longer or shorter reach.
M Legend felt way too small for me.
Most riders I see under 6' are on mediums, but check the numbers compared to other bikes you are familiar with.

Thanks for the reply. It seems that the med is more flickable and the large is more stable at high speed for my height, would you agree? I am trying to figure out which will give the best of both worlds, a med with a little longer stem or a large with a short stem...

The 47"+ wheelbase on the large makes for an extremely stable bike at high speed on any terrain.
The M is plenty stable too at 46"+.
BB height helps no matter what frame size.
For me, it's not a flickable vs stability difference between the M and the L.
The medium simply feels too small to me even the Banshee's chart says I can ride M or L.
On smaller bikes I quickly end up feeling too far over the front or too far off the back when I'm moving around on the bike.
I prefer a longer reach( bb to headtube) on the frame.
I never use stem length to make a DH bike feel bigger/longer.
Can you compare the Legend's reach and stack to another bike you have ridden?
Compare the head angle and wheelbase as well.
