    Legend Fox RC4 Settings

Just got a legend with an RC4, anyone have some good recommended stock settings? I generally like to run more on the softer side, about 185# with gear

It came with a 300# spring, I generally have been running 350 on most of my VPP bikes. Thinking a 300 will be too soft.

Any tips you guys have on spring selection would be helpful

350# spring might be right, but if you like it on the softer side, the 300# spring might be just fine... probably, you will end up with a 325# spring.
I use the 350# spring with 210# weight fully kitted... and I like it a lot this way... of course I have to run a liottle more progression and compression damping.
But it is on the soft side for me, and I might go up to a 375# spring.
    Hope that helps.
