    Go from 9 to 10

    I am converting my v2 from a 9speed to a 10 speed . I bought the x9 trigger shifters and the x9 sram derailleur and I have slx shimanoe cranks .With a four bolt bash-guard.I waiting for the 30 t raceface narrow wide front ring.MY question is will the slx cranks with bashguard work and how do I measure chain length for this set up

    Let the air out of the shock and compress the suspension before installing the chain in the big cog, in the rear, to the front chainring, to take into account chain growth as the bike goes through its travel.
