hopefully the replacement is the version 1.5. a little slacker, plus the gusset, plus the wear washers installed from the factory. i'd still love to see some shots from banshee showing the newer system. mentioned it before, never saw anything on it

    That ain't a crack...

...this is a crack! Got mine last July

As a matter of fact I just got my warranty V1.5 frame in, thanks to the awesome customer service from both Banshee and Blackstone Bike! Thanks guys! The whole BB area of the v1.5 looks identical to the Spitty. I'll snap some pics and try getting them up here by tomorrow, but that's a big "IF" as I may not want to stop riding my freshly built RUNE!

this is the first time i see a Rune like this....

About the delay to have a new frame, it's depend essentially about the dealer
you have to remember that Banshee is a small company and "we" / they try to answer as soon as possbile to riders who have some troubles.
my delay is between 10 days if I decide alone that the frame will have some warranty on it and 1 month when I have to deal with factory-warehouse...

for sure, the event should be agree with warranty-form you signed when you bought your frame...

If Banshee knew how much of a hack you were on the trail they would surely throw your warranty claim in the trash.....just sayin'

So it's been a week and a half since I submitted the warranty claim, and not a word from Banshee.

you'll actually be dealing with Trident, Banshee's distributor. Good luck with Jordan, he is not the best at communication. Written or verbal.

No it's not the V2 or the V1.5 with the gusset. But like I said the boys at Banshee told me that my raw frame was a 2012 when I was in contact with them waiting for my bike to be delivered.

    Helidave, how is the V1.5?

Bushing play and now a crack. I think they owe you a v2!

    If it doesn't have a gusset, it's a 2011.

The 1.5 is good. Not much different than the v1. I'll be getting a v2 when they come out.

V1.5 is a small evolution of the classic Rune, I think -0.5 mm on the BB and modifed head angle
    but very tiny geometry modification,
the big improvement was the keronite axle on the V1.5
