Banshee scratch rear drop out question

I picked up a used scratch,it came with one set of 12mm (i assume its a 12mm but it may be a bmx 15M) s.s. drops,and one driveside with hanger 10mm drop.I want to run this multi speed with a 10mm axel,my thought,it was shipping to me missing the 10mm non drive side drop.,or does someone make a adapter to reduce the 12mm hole down to 10mm ??
Also,I want to use a transtion bikes 10mm thur q.r. axel ,but eyeing out the rear the heads on the q.r. are to small and will not sit porperly on the drops.My guess,I will have to purchase a new bolt on thru axel with larger bolt heads....

If there any members with knowledge about setting up the scratch please help !!!
I you can add pictue of your drop out set up that would be cool....
