    Banshee rune v2 question

Are any of you that have the banshee rune v2 using a dual position fork? I'm planning on getting the new pike but don't know if i want to get the dpa or not.

I am using a 160mm Fox Van and never felt the need to adjust the travel.

I am using x-fusion vengeance set at 150 (to get 545 axle to crown) and never felt the need to adjust the travel.
Get at close to 545 as possible and don't bother with travel adjust.

I am using Lyryk DPA 160-130mm and want fork without adjusted travel, no need on this bike. Climbing even with 160mm is very good.

I do use the low 120 mm setting on my Talas but only on really steep and technical uphills. Other then that, the bike climbs well and the front wheel stays planted. I'd say do get a travel adjust only if you enjoy climbing what most might deem impossible.

160mm Float CTD (27.5") -- no TA. Haven't had a problem climbing most of the stuff I used to climb with my 120mm XC rig. Riding position is different, and once I took out some spacers under my cockpit and "learned" how to climb my Rune, I don't miss the travel adjust.

Ran my Lyrik DH in 160 mode for most of the year and just put DP air (160-130) in and makes the long, tedius climbs much more doable/comfortable, thus conserving a bit more energy for blasting the downs. Once on trail, pretty much stays in 160.
