    Banshee Rune and Fox 40

    Is this permitted?
    A Fox 40 on a Banshee Rune.

    Running a fox 40 on a rune will void the warranty. The rune is designed to take a max fock size of 180mm travel, and only single crowns. The rune is an all mountain frame that is not designed for the extreme demands of DH riding.

    it has the same a2c as the 180mm fox 36. would it snap the headtube? I'm only 150lbs.

    Tripple clamp forks put a lot more shock loading through frames because they are significantly stiffer. I cannot recommend running tripple clamp forks on the Rune, as it voids warranty.

    If you are doing the kind of riding that necessitates a Dc vs a SC, then why not look into the Scythe

    surprisingly it pedals really well.
    too many parts to change with the scythe.

    Just your wheel. Your existing BB will work just need to add or rearrange your spacers.
