Lots of good riding in the Watagans, we ride the area further north. I will be up there tomorrow night.

Have you ever tried to ride on ice with slick tires, well try riding on wet clay!!!! From Tobins road to the junction of Saw pit and prickly ridge was a real test of my limited ability but I didn't fall off it was fun sort of ? The rest of the ride to Muirs lookout and down to Sauls rd was really good.
This was the last ride for me on the old Mongoose my daughter has claimed it so the next time I'm out it will be a new bike can,t wait.

They both look good.I,ve been avoiding lemon tree because of the mess left by the
    4WD vandals.

Yeah i did notice how bad the track was on Lemon Tree, it would be really bad now after the last bout of rain, I havn't got around to riding your route yet but I presume its not gouged out with 4WD tracks ? I'm thinking part your route actually joins up with a ride I generally do from the near the end of tar on Sauls Road to Muirs, 10k's up 10k's down, cheers for the reply, happy riding.

    Fun Ride

"THE WATAGAN WANDER" 50k at your own pace ? Maybe in late winter before it gets too hot.
