    South Korea

Anyone here riding in South Korea, especially around Osan Air base? I need a riding partner, to tackle Brown Mountain, Dragonlady, Namhansanseong, other trails around Osan, and Seoul etc. I'm in Camp Humphreys near Pyeongtaek, some farm riding around here, no real trails.... I usually put the bike on the bus to osan and go ride around there.

    Check out MTBK

Hey, I just spent a year there and had a really great time. Check out Hahm at the bike shop ON BASE on Osan. He'll hook you up with some local rides. If you like to ride you owe it to yourself to check out MTBK on yahoo groups. It is a group of English speaking Ex-pats as well as some mil guys who meet on Saturdays and ride really great trails around the outside of Seoul. I made some really great friends in that group and rode some awesome trails. Jerry usually heads things up. Mountainbikekorea at yahoo groups. Check it out sometime.
    Take care,

Yeah, I found those groups after posting this here, but those ar in Osan and Seoul, and since I am an E6 I can't have a car and it's a pain in the butt to go ride in Osan. I can get my bike on the bus up to Osan but on the way back the bus is usually full of mink blankets and other crap people buy in Itaewon and Songtan... I have been trying to get a group to ride here in Camp Humphreys and I got five guys once, I just have to try to make it a regular thing.
