Why did the critter cross the trail?

Out this morning for a while and do to the rain there was a lot of critters out as well... Why is it that if a Bunny, Bird, Lizard, Squirrel or any critter is on the side of the trail, it needs to cross to the other side as you approach ?

Muggy ride this morning but worth it .. bring on the Monsoon

show some respect for the bunbuns... AZ squirrels are all screwy looking, i think even a chipmunk could kick their butt. i've seen one fluffy squirrel next to the single oak tree on apache trail by saguaro lake. i guess he's got mob control over the entire underground acorn distribution in the valley.

The communist quail and bunnies are trying to take over the desert....they sent out bunny scouts last time we were out hunting to get a fix on our position and to plan counter attacks...lucky for us, we got that commy before he could share our position. So i blame the commy quail and bunnies since theyre conquering the desert like Hilter did....

Huh. I thought they were just hiding in the bushes with a video camera hoping to weed out the good and bad riders- the good riders will bunny-hop them, the bad riders will crank their bars and endo, and it sounds like Tankerblade will show them what a mark a 2.5 maxxis leaves across their back.

    Frogger?

And Shaun of the Dead is a GREAT zombie flick (my iPhone has an ap for that...check out "Zombie Flick").

Road-crossing animals and Brits reminds me of a little riddle: Why did the punk rocker cross the road?

Only yield to field mice when they are going uphill. You should know that. All the flattened ones were going downhill...too slow.

Because he was pinned to the chicken.

Well if it makes any difference I had to spell check it and verify the meaning. I was having a bout of elitism...had to look that word up too. Slow day at work.
