Who works in the Medical Field here?

So I took on a new career within the last couple of months that keeps me home more (at least it will when training is done next week. No rides in April!) as a Field Service Rep for a medical Equipment company. When I go to hospitals I see lots of bike racks on cars in the parking lot and wonder if any of them belong to anyone here.

The reason I am asking is that I am able to pretty much set my own schedule, and always carry my bike in my van and am looking to hit up some rides around the state and could always use company/guidance. If you don't feel comfortable naming where you work on the public forum feel free to PM me.

I work Cat Scan in the west valley. There are a lot of health care workers I know that bike. My co-worker is my main ride buddy and we take RN's out all the time.

It is always a good idea to take along a trained medical professional on a ride. They can treat any otb excitement on the trail, and a bonus of working in the medical field is free first aid kits from supplies. (shh.. don't tell anyone)

I work for Bard Peripheral here and ride early Saturday mornings mostly. Used to be a field rep and certainly rode more than I do since I went to the corporate office. Looks like we are about the same age and things may change at work so let's keep it in mind. I'm up north of Desert Ridge a few miles.
Me to my riding buddy, "Want to ride this afternoon?"
Him, "I can't. I have to chop this guys foot off at 2".

Well if you have Stryker beds, furniture or surgical vac's then you may see me. You'll know by the Vassago sticker on my toolbox!

I'm an IT guy at one of the larger health systems in AZ. I support all of the clinics and health centers.
You will know me by my TimBuk2 bag as my tool bag, and the bike stickers on my notepad.

Picking up my new van Monday! Full size cargo so plenty of room to take my bike. I was cramming it into the caravan, but my toolbox shifted, hit my rear tire on bike and dropped it off the bead. Shouldn't be an issue now!

So, do you fix bariatric beds? If so, massive doses of respect for having to deal with the beds the human whales wallow around in.

Yeah, I do and those mattresses can get pretty nasty. Not like a surgical vacuum that has been left in a closet not emptied for a week though!
