    What is this mystery fruit?

I've seen this plant a bajillion times, but never the fruit. On the west face of the McDs, a few min below Tom's Thumb. Bunches of them. It was about 85 when i rolled past at 9am, i think about average for this time of year.

Looks like a banana yucca to me
The secret to mountain biking is pretty simple. The slower you go the more likely it is youíll crash.

indeed consensus is banana yucca. neither my wife nor i had ever seen the fruit before, quite surprised i've not. I brought one home, gonna cook it later. I'm thinking its like a squash so thin slices, pan with oil, should be interesting.
