I rode Juniper Ridge Trail a couple weeks ago. Kinda rough and gravelly...more of a horse trail than a biking trail. The trail was difficult to follow at times. I'd rather ride the trails on the other side of town, like Los Burros or Panorama.
Google Deuces Wild Triathlon. They do an Xterra tri there so they've likely got maps to a decent "course" already. Awesome area. One of my favorite triathlons I've worked yet.
Los Burros and Land of the Pioneers get my vote. There are local wilderness trails around Juniper Ridge that are fun to ride... but not on the "charts". The Tracks website noted by ECE is the best site for info.
