Is there anyone in the state of AZ going to the Telluride MSC, DH race ,July 8-10?

I'm looking to split up costs .I'll sleep on the floor,do your laundry, cook your meals, massage you after your practice, make love to you gently.....ok,I'll sleep on the floor.

Seriously, let's get some racing from the valley goin on! Can you feel it?!!!....Are you amped!!?......Yeah!! ....Whooo!!....

    Yeah,No.
    No..I know how you are.

sorry for the tease reply, but I have plans that weekend. Would enjoy hearing your impressions if you make it - I was there last year the same weekend as a big DH race in the park. fun riding the park while some real skilled riders were learning the trails, having the scene going on all around us at the campground. Hoping to make it up this summer another time.

...and you forgot that you make a good cuddle partner.

I'm busted and saving my cash for Keystone and Winter Park at the end of July.

i've camped there in Town Park 2x in August - its only cold if it rains, imo. you can't beat the price or short spin to the gondola.

Would like to hear of any affordable lodging you find, though. Rain, camping and small kids is no bueno.

i got a couple homies driveways..or keep it low key (pretend not to be camping, but camping) and park it in the telluride long term parking lot, backed up to the creek, next to 10 other rvs & vans doing the same thing. i've done both, and never had problems... the real telluride rv park/storage lot, as of last year, just didn't have space for me along w/ limited/no hookups....most likely a no-go.

long term parking is south edge of town, but still in town...prob 2 min sprint to gondola. you will see other racers in those sprinter vans and etc. parked here aswell.. my friends driveways are much closer/more legal...30 sec coast. but the tight fit makes parking difficult.
