Sunday Sixshooter ride report with pictures

Well bummed that it was silent Sunday I decided late last night to go and session Sixshooter to get in some extended ride time. Trails are a bit dry but primo . Only a few trees down a beautiful 70 degrees. Here are some pics from today . I have helmet cam vid also that I will post later.I am also pleased to report all the features we added during the group effort are holding up very nicely . Next year we need to work on the switchbacks as they are getting very thin.

Naw, but I do have similar problems with wires for lights during night riding... and that's the primary reason that I don't use a helmet light any more and just stick with the bar mount light. Thanks for the pics!

Oh yeah, I know EXACTLY what's going thru your mind right there. Can't write it here though.. I'm looking at a super compact SD camcorder so I can just record direct. The HD versions are sweet but I can't see me hanging one of those of the side of the helmet.

Thanks they are getting better , now I just need a better selection of tunes on my computer and I will be set.

I am trying to work it out so I can go again Fri. I didn't get all of the pictures and filming I wanted to get.Plus I didn't even get any normal camcorder sessions which I really wanted to do . But we didn't start down until 11:30 so that limited us besides my girl was down at the bottom patiently waiting for us to get done playing

Na not late at alll " this year" Temps in the 70's during the day and no snow in sight. My guess is we have another month unless we get this nice system later this week.

Nice vid! It always feels like you're going *so* much faster down Six Shooter than how it looks in videos -- and I'm certain that clockwork is going way faster in that clip than I ever do.

I did the pedal thing up and down this morning, and everything is all kewl except for 4 trees laying across the trail.

From the moisture we got just before Turkey Day, you would have a tough time making the bottom third of snowman if you were to some how collect every scrap of snow on the hill.

You'd probably enjoy going down somo on a road bike at 35-50 mph since you like gravity.

Silent Sunday kicks a$$!!! (Note, I've never had a problem with shuttles when on the road bike so no flame here)

    Great pictures.
