In Sedona NOW, thinking of jumping over to Prescott_suggestions?

were on a quick 3 day weekend in Sedona right now, I've heard there is some cool stuff in Prescott, and i've never been-- is it worthing breaking out tomorrow for an afternoon ride? something like 2-3 hours? We'll ride a bit in the AM Sedona again tomorrow.

    any suggestions from locals?

    thanks mtbr!

Granite Basin would be a good place to spend a few hours. Park at Cayuse Equestrian Center and pick up a map. There are a few trails heading off from there. I would recommend going south out of the parking area and then left up 346. At the top of the hill go left onto 347. Go till it ends then left onto 345. Once this ends you jump onto 351 and that will take you back to the parking area.

Enjoy Prescott...funny we are heading to Sedona to ride tomorrow.

Go by bicycle peddlers off of gurly street to pick up prescott bike map. Follow that around for some goods. Or head up walker road off of the 69 (turn left at costco) and go up about a mile to the 305 parking lot. The 305 is fun rolling forested fun. Nothing too tech but after you make the climb up, the ride down is super fast jedi fun
