    Rip 9 and WALTaz

    Walt -

I have been wondering how the bike is holding up. I really think it is quite possibly the best bike ever made and need to know if you agree or not. I can't sleep at night anymore.

It's too much bike for Walter.
Why would I need more than one gear?

I just picked mine up on Wednesday and did one short ride on Desert Classic. It's definitely a sweet ride but I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. It's nothing like when I went from 26" to 29" wheels, now that was major. I'm coming off a GF Sugar 293 and with the Rip using the same front shock, and the same tires & rims you can't expect miracles.
