Anyone making the trip out for the 2014 redbull rampage this September?? I know presell tickers are sold out and August 13th the rest go on sell. Wonder what it would be like to see this epic riding in person

I already got mine during the pre-sale.
Hotel booked too.
BTW I can haul 3-4 bikes up if needed.
Heading up Thursday morning and returning Monday morning.

How early where you on? They sold out in 5 minutes!! By the time I went to enter cc info they were gone!

I got on at 10:06 Mountain Time. It said the tickets were "Unavailable" but after constantly hitting refresh for about 15 min I got lucky and was able to get 2 tickets.

I then had a timer telling me I had 8 minutes to complete my purchase, otherwise, the tickets were automatically taken out of my shopping cart.

Tried to snag some tickets but were sold out almost immediately. Bummed cause I have a campsite reserved for that weekend. Might have to do some haggling at the ticket gate

I hit refresh a million times but didn't score any tix. My buddy and I already have the trip all planned-out. Riding Moab on the way.

Anyone know if its possible to see some of the event without purchasing tickets? How close can you get by hiking in?

Already have to hike/bike in about 4 miles.
Never been so I don't have any solid info.
When it gets close PM me your # and I can try to update you when I'm up there.
I'll be checking it out on Thursday after I get checked in the hotel.

Nope they check wristbands before the 4 mile trek. Maybe try some gps maps to find some ways in or ride in from the grafton trails.
