That Ripsey ride looked like a good one! Black and Tans at the Ren Fair was a poor substitution, but good enough. The Turkey leg helped too. I've since figured that as long as I can drink all day on the bike, I'd be fine. Leg didn't hurt at all walking around at the Ren Fair!

Got it figured out. Sooo....I was thinking of riding Ripsey when I was taking these snaps...does that count? Birds of Prey show....

hmmmm...this probably isn't good....and also why I hate grocery shopping......you realize that there are about zero places to sit in a grocery store. Zero.

I passed one in the parking lot the other day. The thought passed my mind. Like, for serious. Makes me feel so old.

I think the seals were installed the wrong way by the manufacturer. It doesn't hold air. I've been waiting for an RMA# for a few decades now. I'm ready to send it back, but I think I'm stuck with it.

Yeah, they're really bullying users into using Google+ and all its unpleasant surprises. It almost feels like they're trying to take control of your internet asswiping habits. I'm looking around for other photo sharing options, all of a sudden FB doesn't look so bad, go figure.

Try accessing Picasa the old way with: https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/myphotos?noredirect=1

Had a great ride with my brother on the BCT starting at Emery Henderson today. It was his first time out here and we had a blast. Unfortunately, I lent him a bike that broke down. One of the pedals somehow backed out and stripped the threads on the crank arm. He got to push/coast back to New River Rd and I went back to the trail head to grab the truck and pick him up. Still had a great time.

Got to meet JoePAz and tjkm. Big shout out to both of them as they stopped and took the time to see if they could help out. Hope you guys made it to the LPL and had a great time. Thanks again for stopping!!

Glad you could make it back. I feel bad we did not have any parts to fix things or at least patch them up.

No worries. The threads were completely stripped out...not sure there would have been any kind of field fix on that one. Fortunately we were actually pretty close to New River Road.

    Thx again!!

this is kind of curbing my enthusiasm about night riding, we are OK now but when nights get to be in the 70's they will be out Roman style for feasts and orgies
