    Where is "incan?"

More details as far as jump layouts will be coming soon. Most have already been scetched to scale on paper and will eventually be transferred to a digital model.

No build dates yet. Our Proposal was presented to a council today. We just received an email stating the city has identified our group (WVTA) as a "COMMUNITY STAKEHOLDER" and has invited us to be part of a focus group to help develop a New Master Plan for the Parks and Recreation Department. So that's a win

I believe he is referring to the ancient Incan civilization of South America - the one that was conquered by Francisco Pizzaro in the 16th century. Your layout has similar features to their artwork.
