Paying it forward at Gold Canyon

I left my house this morning at 5am to ride the Gold Canyon trail system. After an awesome ride, I stopped to get gas at the Shell Station on Goldenbrook. In my rush to get out the door, I forgot my wallet. I was able to scrape four dollars out of my ashtray, and I gave it to the cashier. I told her what had happened and without any solicitation, she gave me $20 in gas. So I am asking you, the mountain bike community, to help me pay it forward. If you are out riding in the Gold Canyon area, Please stop by the Shell station and buy something. I will definitely reimburse them the next time I'm out there, but they Definitely deserve some good karma.

    Thanks

I live in GC and shop frequently at Shell. I'll pass on your appreciation and let them know that the word is out. They are a good crew there. We'll be riding GC tomorrow morning (Sunday Ride, see earlier post for map to the trailhead);so that ought to give folks an opportunity to stop in and buy some Smartfood Popcorn for the ride home.

I'll fill my tank tomorrow morning after the ride! In an all-too-negative world, I'm always eager to support kind, positive people.

I always stop there when I go 4wheeling out that way.
I passed this on to my Jeep buddies too.
