North Rim Grand Canyon- Open and Dry March 25?

I'll be driving from Utah to Arizona next week, and would like to sidetrack over to Rainbow Trail- does anyone know if that area is clear and dry?

The North Rim: Mid-May to Mid-October

The North Rim has a short season. Lodging and food services within the park are open from mid-May to mid-October.

North Rim Campground sites may be booked through Recreation.gov. Reservations for Lodging and Camping are strongly recommended.

AZDOT shows 67(road to North Rim) is currently closed.

Earlier this week, the North Rim was reporting a foot and a half of snow still on the ground.
