Looking good except for that weird thing hanging off the drive-side dropout.

C'mon Dennis, grow some nads and ditch the dee-railer! Best way to lose about a pound off the bike!
Your limits are both physical and mental. Suffering will help you find and overcome both.

Dennis, that bike looks amazing! Ride it in good health, man!

The chain looks like it will easily come off the front ring. Looks could be deceiving though...

Let us know how the shakedown ride goes!!

Very nice. Enjoy the clean look, it will be dirty soon and forever after - if you do it right.

Add a titanium seatpost and you will laugh at sight of rocks.

XT derailuer with clutch and narrow/wide chainring from race face... Basically a poor mans xx1... No need for a chain retention device. Shredded some decent gnar today with virtually no chain slap and not a hint of dropping the chain...

Looks nice, I'm curious why you did a neg rise stem with riser bars. Is there an advantage comfort wise? Or are you still playing around with the steerer length?

Yep, still playing around with the fit... Don't want to cut the steerer tube till I get it dialed in...

Nice. I'd love to have one of these. They just don't build a 21".
