See it, heck I would have thought you would want to ride it. I'm just trying t get a bike as heavy as the caveman's bike.

Real men ride heavy bikes. Also, great looking bike. I'd love to hear what you think. I want to upgrade eventually.

I know there will be a lot of tuning. But this was a sweet find for a starting point.

SWEET! When is it going to have wheels on it? Mark and I almost got run over by 6-7 of those while we were climbing National in December; A Knolly bike gang coming down terrorizing everyone in their way. I hope you don't start acting like that!

You can tow me up the hills so I don;t have to work so much.

Only things I am not sure about is the FD, Specy calls for this type Shimano M665-E, SLX, top swing, dual pull for double. Have not looked at the one I have on my Enduro. That and if the Goodrich brake lines will be long enough. Remember I am pulling stuff from the Enduro and moving over to the Chilcotin.

Another beauty! My fleet is getting so old and worn but I've spent all my spare funds on camera gear and fun travels. Maybe later this year... enjoy!

Just moving stuff over from my Enduro which was a custom build.

    Lyrik DH 170
    Hadley/Flow wheels
    Hope Mono M4 brakes
    KS Lev seat post
    10 speed drive train
odds and ends to make it go.

    Just got some weights.

    Enduro/RC3 Plus Shock = 7.7 pounds
    Chilcotin/CCDB Air = 8.0

So that should equal a 33.3 Chilcotin based on the Enduro weight.

Where are the build pics? Is that thing going to be ready to create some havoc in PMP tomorrow?

Here I stole this off his FB page, I'm anxious to see it finished and in person as well. I wasn't deemed worthy of participating in the build. (j/k Tim )

I'm also interested in a little PMP havoc tomorrow, keep me posted.

It's ready to roll and I am stoked. Pat lives in Fountain Hills and has a big wasH at the end of his street. Chili just soaked up the terrain and I have not even done anything but put air in the shock. Going to go check the settings and compare them to what CC has listed for the Chili as well as what the settings Kevin suggested.

We all can get together on Sunday as Pat is dealing with allergies and wants a easy ride. I coming off a two week cold and will want to play with the settings a little on the trial.

Blaklabl, you were going to play with the racer boys today. So quite giving me grief pal!

Don't count me out yet my friend. You can ride it if you promise not to follow Mark's lines.
