Flying Eagle at 1:34? I always heard that trail was closed quite some time ago?

Man, you had a lot of trails/lines in there that I've never seen. Wish I could get up there more often. Or, more to the truth, get up there at all.

    Great video!

Well that didn't look like any fun at all. I think I'll just stay home and watch TV.

He did, Suemptewa saw a kid riding it on the east side and confronted him, Ryan said he was going to call the cops and the kid ran off!

Way to go m77ranger! And a new POC lid to boot. Some inspirational riding in that vid.

He really is, probably the best rider I get to try and follow every now and then but that is a serious "try"!

Maybe RA can post a more informed answer but it appears to me we are going to lose trails in the near term before we gain new ones. Flagstaff Watershed Protection Project

This doesn't seem to be on folk's radar screen but the majority of trails on Elden and Dry Lake Hills will be closed at one time or another and/or destroyed, or at the very least impacted in some way over the 8 to 10 year project duration. They were testing equipment on the connector between Schultz and the AZ trail a couple of weeks ago.

It's going to be ok rc, the mountain could use a little thinning, a lot of it up there is just poised to explode.
