Auburn State Recreation Area - Foresthill Divide Loop
Annadel State Park, Santa Rosa
Wilder Ranch State Historic Park, Santa Cruz
Lots of buff maching through the woods type trails! It was a nice change of pace from our technical rocky stuff we have in the desert.

Thanks for that!
Annadel is one of my favorite NorCal riding spots, such variety; oak groves, redwoods, meadows, marshes. Stay in Santa Rosa, ride all morning, hit up a winery in the afternoon, not a bad way to spend a day or 4.

I love me some green....thanks for the pics. Good news on the rain front....As I drove back from Colorado yesterday, the moisture was forming up on the front range and extended all the way to pretty much the Rio Grande Rift valley....just a little bit more and our dry and dusty conditions should turn into velcro.

Memories!
I grew up in sacramento, the auburn state park was my first taste of mtb singletrack. Needles to say I was hooked, mostly due to that trail. It's still as beautiful as I remember it, thanks for the memories!

Next time. It was on the list for the last ride, but a large storm was moving in and we headed south on hwy1 to try and escape. No luck, it rained all day on our last day of our 9 day 2000 mile road trip and we ended up taking a tour of Hearst Castle before warping back to the heat. The Santa Cruz and Big Sur area is one of my favorite places to escape the heat.
