    is K-trail worse than hawes for flats? the new tires i have coming in should help but ill still be running tubes. (edit,, lol@ 60 degree dewpoint)

    Yes, it's worse for flats than Hawes; as a "fresh" trail, there's plenty of cholla. You'll definately want an extra tube (or two) in your pack.

    i'll hafta pass on ktrail until i get my new bike.

    i kicked a chollaball off the trail the other day,, or tried to anyways,, had no idea it would embed itself into the thick leather on the front of my mtb shoe... had to use 2 flat rocks to pry it off... im not messing with those little ****ers again...
