Info on Bill Williams/Bixler trails west of flag?

Anyone know if these would be a decent ride?

I ask because i was going to bike for 3 days at Mt. elden area then new mexico for a few days. Since that is closed I'm looking for a nice midway stop (coming from socal) to ride on the way. hwy 40 all the way.

    Thanks

I think you can ride the Arizona Trail north of FR418 still. Also, I think you can ride the Rogers Lake connector from Ft Tuttle. Definitely check before you go. It seems to change almost daily

If you time it either early or late in the day (because of the heat), Monolith Gardens in Kingman a few minutes off I-40 is spectacular riding. It's on TrailForks app, and maybe mtb project.

If you just need to stretch your legs and get in some fast pedaling the loop trail combined with AZT and Campbell Mesa is right off I40. This is what is open in Flag:

Campbell Mesa system, (not AZT South of Campbell Mesa however!)...
Fort Tuthill, Soldiers and Bridge Trails
Flagstaff Loop Trail from Fort Tuthill to Purple Sage Road
    Rogers Lake Connector Trail
    Highland Trail
Rogers Lake Trails, Gold Digger, 2-Spot
AZT in the Anderson Mesa area, (from where AZT crosses Lake Mary Road, south of Upper LM, to FR128, the road to Marshal Lake. FR128 is closed, so stop short of the road)
Deer Hill Trail, (but do not use Schultz Pass or Elden Springs Road, access from Campbell Ave/FR6064D)
Sycamore Canyon Rim Trail, south of Garland Prairie/Parks
Kelly Motorized Trails, Munds Park area, and south of Lake Mary Road
AZT north of FR418, (do not use FR418 for access, use FR514)
AZT between Walnut Canyon Road, (paved), and Cosnino, to Turkey Hills area
AZT/Flagstaff Loop Trail between Campbell Mesa, Highway 89, through Picture Canyon
