The IMBA Trail Care Crew is coming to Tucson!

Please join Sonoran Desert Mountain Bicyclists and the International Mountain Bike Association on Saturday, January 19 for Trail Building School and a work event at Starr Pass.

For more information about the IMBA Trail Care Crew and Trail Building School, please go to the IMBA event page:

Schedule:

Classroom 9 a.m. - noon @ the Pima County Natural Resources, Parks, and Recreation Buildling in the Downstairs Conference Room, 3500 West River Road, Tucson, AZ 85741.

Lunch provided between the classroom session and the trail work event.
Trail work 1 p.m. - 4/5 p.m. @ Satasota Trailhead at Tucson Mountain Park. From Ajo Way and I-19, go West on Ajo Way, then continue Northwest on Kinney Road. Sarasota Boulevard will be on the right side of the road. Head North on Sarasota and it dead ends at the trailhead.

IMBA strongly encourages attendance for the full day so that participants can learn about current trail building and maintenance practices then apply them at the trail work event. Attendance is free.

Please bring water and appropriate clothing for the afternoon. SDMB will supply all the tools.

With any questions or to sign up, please email me at trailsteward@sdmb.org.

Thanks!
