Does this mean Tucson is getting a bike park or just a traveling conference-type thing that just happens to be in Tucson?

lil' bit of both. Sonoran Desert Mountain Bicyclists, Pima County Natural Resources, Parks and Rec Dept, and I have met with Tucson officials about a bike park and are in the very early stages of the discussion. There are also quite a few other conceptual bike parks around AZ, so I though it would be good to get everyone together with an IMBA bike park specialist to spend a full day discussing how to plan and design these facilities.

    Patrick:

I had to leave the Sedona meeting early. Did the skill park proposal pass? I think your presentation was great.
