    Dumb NOOBE Question (Central Arizona)

I have never been able to navigate this forum well, but I would love to find rides...or groups or whatever in Central AZ to connect with. I work in Prescott and Live in The Verde Valley, so I am obviously surrounded with epic cross country trails and want to try to connect to other riders in this area.

Have you tried talking to the staff at the local bike shops? They likely have regular group rides. They might also know of other riders that could show you around.

I am in SW Cottonwood, and usually ride from my house. Check your messages.

I do like the idea of checking the shops, but I kinda like these virtual communities because it is easy to connect with like minded people and meeting up is as easy as a PM and a drive. So I like to stay connected this way.

Very cool! Thanks for posting up guys. Now I know a few of you to hit up when I have time for a ride. I look forward to meeting you. It seems like there should be a section to post up for rides. Kind of a place where you can post up according to level of difficulty or something. If there is already can anyone direct me?

I would love to catch that ride! However...work will take almost all of my time from the 26th until New Years Day. I think I am going to plan early morning excursions down trail 305 in Prescott before work each day in an ATTEMPT to get my out of shape self in shape.

The real ride to get in shape is 307 counter clockwise!
