Its a Jedi, it doesn't exist. Its merely a mind trick. Part of the mind trick is making you believe he is actually going to ever let it leave his house.

I actually just ordered one of those hopey damper. It should be here sometime next week. Well as photo's I can't seem to load my pics off the camera to the computer. Anyways I really didn't have all the parts together just yet. I have just a few final asthetic parts that I would like to still install which will be happening tomorrow. So I might be able to get a pic up if not your just gonna have to hit the shuttles this weekend to see her in person!!!

OK as promissed no pics = New shizle...

Go ahead Dooooddooo take a big drink of Hateraide and let the smack talk begine....for tonight I will start with ....

    A. New helmet Full Carbon THE One...

    B. New (Smith 360 degree goggles) only work with the THE series of helmets due to the face area going further back towards the ears than any Troy Lee or helmet on the market for that matter.

    C. Dual pane tinted thermal (Absolutly NO FOG) lense.

*The gogs are sick you can see the back of your head along with heven & hell all at the same time.

    Peace..

Holy crap those goggles look huge!!! I guess you need a more secure goggle since you tend to carsh that F5 and do face plants. Unfortunately since you ain't doing any high speed stuff you don't need the areo dynamics of the goggles. Those goggles stick out as far as your gut does!!!!

ok that's all I can think of for now but it is 4:30 in the a.m.

A Hopey? That's pretty sick...super extra bling right there...gosh. I'm going to definitely have to try that out, because I've been looking at those for years.

Markskee - sick helmet and goggles! I've always wanted to try the Smiths, you will have to let me know how they are. I love my Oakley's, but sometimes want to try something different.

I was under the assumtion with the adapter you wouldn't have to remove the headset. On their site it said that they have the adpter to the 1 1/8th headset cups. Unless I read it wrong. Anyway I did have to talk to them about the special edition one for the boxxer mount so I may have to call them back and see what to do about all of this. I got it at a good price I might just keep it and put it on my Yeti

I think it goes in between the headset cup and the frame...

Shouldn't be an issue with the Boxxer, it just goes into the steer tube.

I will say...having two bikes is almost required.
If you are a DH'er anyways.

Pedaling the big rigs around is limiting...you don't realize it. When you get on a bike that can pedal, you realize that you can go farther and faster - instead of "barely surviving" a 5-hour epic, you are killing it!

    A One would be cool.

OT question - can you runs Hayes or Avid's with Saint rotors?

You mean you have come to the conclusion that you don't need 13" of travel for everything? I thought for sure you would never even consider a bike with less than 8"...

Actually everyone needs at least 3 rigs in the stable, big travel, mid travel and hardtail. That way you can pick your weapon for whatever arises.

Yes you should be able to run any caliper with any rotor as long as the adapter size matches the rotor size. Some are 200mm some are 203. The hayes adapter wont work with Avid calipers for instance, as Foote found out.

    Yes.
Having a trailbike in the stable, out here, is a must. Otherwise, you are really depriving yourself of a lot of fun trails. I still believe you can ride any bike anywhere, but having a good time doing it is another story...

Ok cool. I'll double check then. I know some rotors are thicker than others...or is that just a rumor?

I haven't had any problems switching between Avid and Hayes rotors, but who knows, Shimano may be special like the rest of their stuff.
