    Photo Friday!

This week I rode my usual route on Elden from Schultz > Dogfood > AZT >Sunset. I decided to stop at Schultz tank for a break and seized the moment for a photo op. There's some horses in the background of pic #2.

    Spent last week in Utah

I rented a bike while I was up around Salt Lake and Provo. Had wanted to ride Lambert Park in Alpine, but it got washed out twice in the last month.

The sun going down set the clouds on fire as seen from the Provo Race Loops

Absolutely beautiful, did you get a chance to try out the Dry Canyon loop when you were up there by the race track? Another great ride, though fairly short, is Big Springs Hollow further up by Vivian Park.

Most of what I read about Dry Canyon made it sound like a lot of HAB, so I rode some of the Orem trails above the firing range: Roller Coaster, Betty, Crank, Ireland, etc. And yes I rode Big Spring Hollow--quite a fun romp through the trees.

Mescal. I LOVE that trail. Come Jan/Feb, I am going to be loving some sweet Sedona trails!

HDR with three exposures, plus shooting as the sun is going down or rising accentuates the colors.
