Nice shot! That's a circumzenithal arc.

I've never seen an upside-down rainbow. Interesting. I wonder about the dynamics that create that as opposed to the 'normal' rainbow. I'm always amazed at our Earth. The perfect cosmic storm of a dying star, un-imaginable time and key elements all coming together. Creator or not, it's amazing!

We met via MTBR and mountain biking, and it has been, and remains, a HUGE part of our lives. It's only fitting to put a few pics up here...

Bummer about people abusing the signage in the preserve. Perhaps they can focus their destructive energies on the "no bikes allowed" sign at the entrance to the landslide... lol...
