I don't believe you need the adapter for your frame. If my memory serves me correct, the 2003 Pisgah has the disk brake mount.

a 02 lookout MTN and a 2001? pisgah. It works fine, looks reasonably tidy - but I think welded adaptors look so much better.

TITUS will do it for a pretty reasonable price. I think under 200, its a lot more than the $70ish that litespeed are asking for the adaptor and will kill your warranty if you bought the frame new...
BUT is you purchased the frame used, I think it is worth while, TITUS do a beautiful job and they will even fix your busted out of warranty litespeed.

Here is a photo of a 99? obed that is on the way to TITUS, litespeed did not even bother to reply my emails... shame on them, and I had 3 litespeed frames, NEVER again.
