and just to be a little geeky, all you need to do is to measure a circumference of the seat tube, with a piece of paper, for example, wrapped around, and marking the point where it overlaps, than take a ruler and measure that distance, then divide it by pi and you got the answer. Exactly 31.831 mm :cool:
