I have neoprene tubes. Yes you bet it will prevents any rub. I'm from Portugal - I buy it from my local bike shop. I don't know the brand but I know they are made in spain. A pack of 3 , 4 inch tubes costs 4 euro.

Is there any way you can find out who makes the Neoprene covers? I am having no luck locating them in the U.S.. If I have the company name who makes them I can do a search on the internet.

the brand is CM (casa masfer or something like that) and is a spanish product. A pack of 3 (4 in each) costs about 4 euro.
