I ordered an Ignition-2 last week. Shipped the same day I ordered, will be here Wed. Can't wait to get it. Called in with a lot of questions concerning size, and components. Jack is very helpful over the phone and can answer all your questions.

I got the bike today, and thanks to UPS the fork was cracked. I called up Ibex and Jack was there to help. He walked me through the removal of the broken fork, and said he'll ship out a new one to me tomorrow. So although I can't ride yet, the customer service continues to amaze me.
So, besides the fork the rest of the bike is incredible. The paint color (Silver metallic) is hot. The frame has a great stance and the wheel/tire combo looks mean. I am very impressed.
