xpost from Passion here (http://forums.mtbr.com/showthread.php?t=73662).

Spent yesterday watching the master designer stick on my decals.

I hope to have it built by tonight. Heavy rains have closed all the norshore; one mudslide has claimed a life already, 20 houses evac'd.

200mm or more rain already in the last few days (8-9"), Storm warnings for more out now. Jeez.

Good time to build a bike.

Jim

I noticed that on the v-tachs.... that the seat-tube reinforcer bar or whatever its called ( goes from the seat-tube and connects to the top tube) is longer on yours than others.... is there a reason for this? or is it just frame sizing?
look at this pic...

post number 1, pic 5

it wont upload.... its too large so you are going to have to do it the long way

Jims is a size large, mine is a medium and the piece in question is slightly shorter. The small frames have a gusset in that location.

In the pic below the blue at the front is a medium, the black one behind a large....

That frame looks sweet. Love the color. Maybe you could use that stuff they advertise on TV for the wine. Nothing better than a 30 minute infomercial!
