Has any seen or used Sport Kilts? They advertised them as portable change room in the past.

Just tie a beach towel around your waist.

I've been using one for several years now. Probably six? Five? Don't know. It's great. Good stuff. I use it after rides to change and there have been the occasional ride where I've forgotten the clean shorts and just worn the kilt. Ahh, the breeze! Just have to be careful how I sit at the restaurant.

Bought it at the shop I work at, so it wasn't too bad. I don't know if I'd pay retail for it though. A friends wife borrowed it and made him one.

Another riding buddy just bought a cheap pink poodle skirt and uses that to change in post ride (I'm actually not kidding. For once.)

Towel is good, but it's just not as much fun. And it's too easy for your devilish friends to pull off.

i've had a sport kilt for years now. they sell them at all the scottish games and gatherings around the SAAA tent. there is also a company called utilikilt that makes kilts with pockets and things like that. i believe the sport kilts are around 30-40 bucks, the utilikilts are up around 100-120. a real wool kilt will set you back at least 400 bucks for a good one. celtic craft centre on columbus in sf is the best kilt maker around if you're looking for a real one. if i ever get finished spending money on bike i'm definatly gonna have another kilt made for me. :D
