Anyone know the minimum length of steerer I need for an XT 2500? How about double crown forks, are they acceptable as far as the warranty is concerned?

How about frame and shock weight before the bike is built?

I only ask all the questions because I just bought one, but I know very little about them. At 275 bucks with a swinger 4 way shock, I couldn't pass it up! I haven't recieved the bike yet, just trying to plan my build!

For all size frames. And yes, you can use a triple crown with out voiding the warranty. Frame only weight is aproximately 8 pnds.
