probably better off contacting FOES direct instead of creating a shlt storm online with people who have no experience with this fork.

Agreed, i dont know of anyone of this forum with one of those forks, best calling foes for the answer you seek.

I have the older F1-XL. Same seals, I believe. Mine has always left just a little oil on the stanchions. I asked Krispy @ Go-Ride about it (he re-shimmed the damper for me), and he said it was pretty normal. YMMV. Good luck.

How long have you had those?

I've had mine for about 6 months now, and the first few rides there was a similar amount of oil, mabey a touch less. I figure it is normal seepage as everything breaks in. It has subsided since then. If you still have the problem after several rides, I'd contact Eric Butler at Foes. I think the forks really begin to break in after about 15 hours.

Just curious, are you running a Ti or steel spring?

It's run with TI springs, it's my buddy's fork (over seas).
