I tried using it this moring and it didn't work.

It's the code they sent me with an order. Email the customer sevice and tell them and they'll credit you back the 10%. I had to do that once, they were prompt and nice about it. Even though they have the space for a coupon code online, I've never known it to work. You really need to call and tell a representative to be sure it goes through.

I believe it must be put in the "comments" box, not the coupon/code box.
I ended up calling. It worked.

Wanted to express my thanks. I used the coupon and got the discount. Interestingly, the discount did not show on my order or email confirmation but was reflected in the packing receipt. I called them a day after ordering and they told me the discount had already been applied.
