I'll be there from December 4th - 11th. This will be my second trip there. As of right now I'm only gonna be on Oahu that week unless I decide to head to the Big Island like I did last time.

Other than xmas shopping and laying around Waikiki, I need some other recommendations.

I DON'T want to go tour Pearl Harbor. Did that and found it a waste of time. Unless you're a direct descendent of someone that experienced Pearl Harbor...your time is better spent doing something better.

Hiked Diamond Head once too. Way too many idiots the entire stretch.

Yeah I want to do touristy stuff like a luau, but I also want to get off the beaten path. I wouldn't mind visiting the North Shore again.

Gonna be splitting the time between staying in Honolulu and Ka'Olina.

Would LOVE to hike/mountain bike on Oahu. May try to do some sea kayaking.

Also need CHEAP food recommendations around Waikiki...think plate lunches. Had my first plate lunch north of Hilo and found it AWESOME
