Sorta SS related: can you mount a niterider bar mount light on the moots handlebar with the crossbar? It just seems like the crossbar would get in the way. I have seen a few people with that handlebar here.
Thanks!

I've seen lights mounted underneath the (main) bar on ones with a crossbar.

did you mount it upside down? I don't want to have to do that.

Whats wrong with upside down? I am also considering this bling bar and was thinking "I am going to have to mount my lights upside down" Which will actually make getting to the mount screws easier...at least on my lights www.bicyclelights.com

I have a quick-release light, so the mount screws dont matter.
I think if it is mounted upside down, the brake cables will block the light, and more importantly, be all lit-up and bright and distracting. This happens on my geared road bike and I don't like it.
I think I will just get the normal bar, if I ever actually buy anything. I wanted to get the braced one just for looks, I think. I wanted to put a pad on the brace, black and white checkerboard. like my old BMX bike.
