Would have been nice to have had this contest 3 or 4 months ago. Now the weather's getting nice enough I don't want to think about riding indoors anymore.

While understanding the costs involved etc to allow non US residents to be included in this competition I still feel that comment needs to be made.
MTBR is now (and has been for some time) a truly global resource for all things MTB and I must question why it is not possible for competitions on MTBR to be made available to all users.
If it is solely due to the cost of shipping and handling surely some rules can be put in place that those costs would be met by the O/S winner. If it is due to some other reason then why cant these reasons be detailed in the information about the competition rather than just saying that it is only open to US residents.
I have seen posts on this website from all over the world and it seems wrong to me that all of these users are precluded from your competitions.
Now I am off for a sulk and cry. :D
