I think it would be cool to be able to PSUH my DUC32 and I think I wold use the 150mm setting more for climbing. After I have ridden the fork for some months now, I can see that the 100mm setting can't be used much on technical climbs.
The better solution was, if Maverick would make a new air chamber assembly, so you could lower the tavel to 100mm without altering the damping and preload.
Those who have had their Fox forks PUSHED. Did you feel any change in the travel on the small stuff? I love the comfy feel on my fork and I would love to keep that feeling.

PUSH has no plans to work on the Maverick. Sorry.

That harsh feel when the fork is locked out isn't a result of increased preload on the air spring. Think about it; starting with the fork completely topped out, compress it two inches and hold it there. Then continue to compress. It's not really that stiff, now is it? The problem lies with the shockingly simplistic damper design. When the lockdown is engaged, the oil goes through a much more restrictive path that jacks up the compression and rebound damping a ton, thus imparting the firm feel. This alternative path is also the reason why the rebound damping adjustment only works in short-travel mode, as the oil doesn't even really go through the adjustable circuit at all in full-travel mode, so the damping adjustment is actually quite useless. Good thing the stock settings aren't bad.
