I have a 2002 model Tracer and the manual in hand. What are your questions?
Happy to help out in any way.

Thankz for replying :) , I just bought a 2nd hand Tracer & would like to fiddle round with the settings.
Basically, I would like to know if changing the rear shox's travel will affect the head angle or bike handling in any way.
I would also like to know the recommended air pressure (of the rear shox) for my weight (78KG or 172 Pounds).
Happy riding.

Changing the rear shocks travel (3-4 inch mode) will not affect head tube angle. The head tuble angle is effected by fork length, travel, and tire size. You can however adjust angle while in the 4 inch travel mode.
You have two adjustments, slack and steep. The stock set-up from Intense is 4 inch slack. Middle hole in the swing link.
To steepen the angle, move the shock mount at the link to the forward hole(adjacent to stock position)
To adjust travel from 4 inches to 3, move the shock mount at the link tp the hole above the stock position.
Also the wheel base can be changed from long (stock) to short. Do this by moving the the strut pivot bolt on the Horst link to the forward hole (closest to the bottom bracket).
For air pressure in the Float rear shock. I would go with your body weight less 5 pounds as a starting point and fine tune from there. Try to get the sag set at about 1/2 an inch or so, and see how that feels.
Personally when I used the Float I set mine up at around 180 psi with the rebound set 18-22 clicks from full fast. I weigh 190 lbs.
hope this helps
