Just did a 2 mile ride, a quick run, on a new specialized alias saddle. Tomorrow Im taking it out for an epic. It is a really solid feeling, lightweight and comfortable saddle. It really puts the weight on the right spots. I had it fit to my sit bones (ischial tuberosities) from a selection of 3 sizes. I was given the smallest one. Its very narrow but amazingly feels very stable under my butt, even through a variety of angles. the two pads for the sit bones are placed spot on.
Ill return with a full review tomorrow.
Its also a beautiful saddle aesthetically.

hollow ti rails and carbon strategiacally placed to give variable stiffness. the center of the saddle is very flexy, while the rear and tip is stiffer.

great on the trail. Very comfortable over the long haul. It is firm at first, but in all the right spots. The cut outs are very well placed. I really like this saddle. It seems more engineered than my san marco saddle. My prolink however is a marvel. I love it so much but it weighs a TON. I will put this saddle on a triple beam balance tomorrow. Ill post actual weights then. I have the 130mm so it will vary if you have a wider butt, your alias will be heavier.

I weighed one (Alias) on a digital scale and it was 265g for the 130mm model. We also weighed the 155mm Alias and it was 319g.

I have the Avatar 155mm model (cro-mo- rails) on my road bike and love it. I was not able to weigh that one.

If yes, how did you think they compare?

I've been riding the Alias for about a month now, including many long, rough rides. It performs exactly as it states. Never any numbness. It feels overly hard when you pick it up in the store, but when you're riding it, it gives in the right places. It's not a "comfort" seat-- after about 4 or 5 hours my butt was a bit sore, but sore right at the sit bones, rather than in the more sensitive areas.

It replaced my old Specialized Body Geometry seat.

I give it 5 butts up. (out of 5)
