I was at Gilbert state park today and the riding was really wet and muddy. should be better when the temperture drops. I'm not sure how good it would be without studded tires though. there is lots of ice
cape cod winter riding conditions are not as dry as usual. I would not take a special trip here unless your location has lots of snow. conditions here vary with location.
* Trail of Tears ,Barnstable, is very icy but no mud,and studs are needed.
* Otis, Falmouth, is similar to ToT.
* down cape,Nickerson in Brewster, never got much snow so there's very little ice. but you still have to be observant because threre are patches that can bring you down. studs are not needed here.
hope you all are enjoying your winter. now I have to wash my muddy clothes from Foxboro ride.
